Every Tree Matters

The Earth has always given without asking—clean air, shade, life itself. Today, as environmental challenges grow, it quietly calls on us to give back. At Prabhaav Foundation, this call is deeply felt. Every sapling planted is more than an environmental action; it is a promise to future generations, a step toward restoring balance, hope, and life.

Tree plantation is one of the simplest yet most powerful ways to heal our planet. A single tree can sustain four lives with oxygen while absorbing carbon dioxide and harmful pollutants. But beyond these numbers lies something deeper—the comfort of shade on a hot day, the joy of birds returning, and the reassurance that nature is slowly healing.

Guided by this belief, the Foundation conducts plantation drives across schools, colleges, and communities in Delhi NCR and Telangana, engaging people of all ages in nurturing the environment. By planting region-specific species, these efforts ensure that each tree grows into a lasting contributor to the local ecosystem.
These efforts have been strengthened through valuable CSR partnerships. Jindal Stainless Foundation supported the maintenance of a 24-acre park in Hisar, while Quality Needles contributed to the upkeep of a park in Faridabad. Fed Bank have supported afforestation initiatives in Alipur Forest (NCR) and Mayur Forest in Telangana. Orient Electricals played a key role in planting 1,500 saplings in a biodiversity park in Noida and a government girls’ school in Ballabgarh, Luminous supporting plantation drives in schools in Gurugram.

Additionally, a major initiative along the Yamuna riverbed led to the plantation of over 18,000 trees, supported by organizations including SBI, Orient Electric, Luminous Power Technologies, Fed Bank, AKAK Healthcare, and ICICI Lombard.

Aligned with SDG 11, the Foundation continues to promote greener, healthier, and more inclusive urban environments.
