In today’s rapidly evolving urban landscape, ensuring road safety has become increasingly important—particularly for young cyclists who navigate busy and often unpredictable streets. Addressing this critical need, PB Fintech Limited, through its CSR arm Prabhaav Foundation, has launched a focused road safety initiative aimed at raising awareness, promoting responsible behaviour, and building safer communities.

The initiative centres on interactive road safety workshops conducted in schools across Delhi NCR. These engaging sessions equip students with essential knowledge of traffic rules, safe cycling practices, and road signage interpretation. By fostering awareness at an early age, the programme empowers children to make informed decisions, enhancing their confidence and reducing the risk of accidents. This proactive approach directly contributes to SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being.

Beyond safety, the initiative also strengthens SDG 4: Quality Education by making learning practical, engaging, and relevant to everyday life. Students gain hands-on, experiential knowledge that extends beyond textbooks and prepares them for real-world challenges.

A key highlight of the programme is the distribution of cycle helmets, reinforcing the importance of protective gear. among the young generation. This step not only ensures immediate safety but also encourages lifelong habits, supporting SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities.

Recognizing that road safety is a collective responsibility, the initiative also involves parents through awareness sessions on life, vehicle, and general insurance, enhancing household preparedness.

Through strong collaboration between PB Fintech, Prabhaav Foundation, and schools, the initiative exemplifies SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals—fostering a culture of safety, responsibility, and community well-being.

We trained Students, Teachers, Parents, Non Teaching staff of 10 Schools. The value addition to these trainings was the distribution of 1500 Bicycle helmets.
