Zero Tolerance
The foundation remains deeply committed to fostering safe, respectful, and inclusive workplaces where every individual—especially women—can work with dignity and confidence. As certified POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) trainers and empanelled external members on Internal Committees across leading corporates, the foundation’s members play a pivotal role in strengthening systems that prevent and address workplace sexual harassment.
Their work goes beyond compliance. Through regular refresher sessions and capacity-building programmes, they ensure that Internal Committee members stay informed about evolving legal provisions, policy updates, and best practices. This continuous learning approach enhances the effectiveness, sensitivity, and responsiveness of grievance redressal mechanisms.
The foundation also provides expert guidance in conducting inquiries based on the principles of natural justice—ensuring fairness, neutrality, confidentiality, and respect for all parties involved. By reinforcing ethical processes and accountability, they help build trust within organizations.
This initiative aligns closely with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions).
Through these sustained efforts, the foundation contributes to creating safer, more equitable, and legally compliant workplace environments.
